While serving in all his positions, Haim created a vision, led the commercial effort, and developed innovative business ventures. Haim also drives excellence in corporate governance, business performance, and social responsibility.

He represents Israeli, international private and corporate businesses and his expertise includes international structuring and incorporation of real estate ventures, consultations and hands-on assistance with commercial and legal negotiations, representation in investments, and complex cross-border multinational transactions, construction agreements and construction financing agreements. Over his career, Ariel has advised several hospitality groups expanding in the European markets.


Since 2017 Ariel has been extensively engaged with the real markets of Cyprus and Greece. He brings a wealth of knowledge and global connections to his current role in XPADIA.
