George Campanellas
Founding Partner
Since 2023, George has been leading Cyprus’ investment attraction. As the former Chief Executive Officer at Invest Cyprus, George designed and implemented the new strategy for attracting international technology companies and foreign direct investment to the country. Under his leadership, Cyprus gained 50 places in Global FDI Index and was ranked 3rd globally in the 2022 Post Pandemic Recovery Index. He designed and executed a business development strategies for new markets and established business ties with sovereign funds, family offices and institutional investors within the EMEA region.
George has extensive experience in reshaping the regulatory framework for attracting foreign investment and driving demand for locations. He worked directly with international investment groups supporting the landing of big-ticket investments in hospitality, energy, healthcare, and education, and acted as the project manager for the development of large-scale infrastructure projects. In 2021 George was elected as the Director for Eastern Europe and a Board Member of the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (Geneva).
Panikos Teklos

Panikos is an international financial and business advisor with a proven track record in M&A transactions, bespoke valuations and feasibility studies, macro research, asset management and investment solutions across asset classes including real estate and private equity investments. He has worked extensively with institutional and private clients across all continents on medium- and large-sized transactions. He has designed and implemented large scale transformation programs for corporate and financial services firms with focus on the operational resilience and governance.
Panikos is a graduate of the University College London and the London School of Economics and Political Science, and holds the Certificate of Investments (Level III) by the Institute of Securities and Investments in the UK, and the Advanced-level Certificate by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. Through his career he worked in London for BNP Paribas, Barclays Capital and Citigroup, and for Deloitte in Cyprus as Partner in the Risk & Wealth Advisory Services. Before joining XPADIA, Panikos served from the position of the CEO of a family office with diverse portfolio of investments in multiple sectors. In 2018 Panikos was elected as the Vice-Chair of the Cyprus Investment Funds Association.
Evrita Malli
Principal
Evrita is a banking and financial services professional with 20 years’ experience in Cyprus, the UK and the USA. She has previously worked for Cyprus Popular Bank in London and Cyprus, Eurobank Cyprus, and a CY-based UCITS Management Company. Managerial positions of Head Wealth Management Operations, Risk and Compliance Manager, and Head Risk & Project Management provided her with multi-faceted experience and a deep understanding of Private Banking, Funds, Investment products, Treasury, and Lending.
Evrita has also project managed various real estate advisory projects and her recent experience with the sector included working with Savills and Colliers. She was a Fulbright scholar at the University of Texas at Austin where she attained a BBA /Finance and a BA /German, while she also holds an MBA from Ohio State University and the Advanced Examination certificate by the Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission.
